Menora Mivtachim and the Federation of Engineers Provident Fund Management Ltd. is a company that is jointly owned by Menora Mivtachim (60%) and the Federation of Engineers in Israel (40%), which manages Omega Study Fund (formerly: Engineers’ Study Fund).
The fund was founded in August 1967 as a sectorial fund for salaried engineers in Israel, but today it is open to the general public.
The fund has Income Tax Approval as a study fund.
The fund operates three investment tracks for members.
